To get the price of the bead mill, we should first understand the bead mill. The Bead mill is mainly used for wet grinding on chemical liquid products, composed of the machine frame, grinding chamber, grinding disc (agitating elements), grinding media, motor, and feeding pump controlling the feeding speed. The grinding media is generally divided into zirconia beads, glass beads, zirconium silicate beads, etc.

For the price of bead mills in the same application field, some may cost less than 10 thousand, while some are millions. And why? Generally speaking, according to the different structures of the agitator shaft, bead mills can be divided into disc bead mills, pin bead mills, turbo bead mills, basket bead mills, etc.  The grinding performance and production processes vary from different bead mills with different structures thereby their prices will also vary greatly.  In most situations,  the price is ranked like pin bead mill> turbo bead mill> disc bead mill> basket bead mill.

Secondly, the materials of the grinding vessel and rotor of the bead mill are diverse, including tungsten carbide, polyurethane, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide, wear-resistant steel, etc. Different materials result in various prices even in the same type of bead mill with the same size. After all, the corresponding materials cost is also different. The materials of the grinding vessel and the grinding structure depend on the grinding slurry and the purchase budget. The difference in materials leads to price differences in the same model and specification of bead mills.

Thirdly, the specifications and the size of bead mills. The production process and configuration varying from the bead mill specifications lead to the price differences.

For the size, the volume or net capacity of the grinding chamber differs from the scale of the industrial mass production according to customers.

For example, bead mills like LDM-10D and LDM-100D whose grinding chamber net capacity differs by 10 times causing a 7-10 times difference in the required motor power thereby the production efficiency also differs by dozens of times, which is in the expectation.

Therefore, many factors determine the price of the bead mill such as the structure of the bead mill, the grinding vessel and structure material, the specifications and models, and it cannot be generalized. Only when the purchaser clearly understands the requirements of the bead mill from the customer can he get the corresponding price in the demanded configurations.

And, the sales staff will give the customer a simple equipment configuration list according to the customer's needs to make the quotation.
