Different raw materials are added to the twin-screw extruder according to their respective ratio, and through a loss-in-weight feeder, the powder is premixed. Subsequently, the premixed powder is mixed with different liquids according to a specific ratio. Then it gets meshed, sheared, and dispersed in the twin-screw host allowing the materials to get completely dispersed during mixing.

The entire process is completed in the narrow and long barrel of a twin screw. Process design and equipment operation is crucial to ensure the uniformity and quality of mixing. The ton bag feeding and small bag feeding stations provide a convenient and fast way to input raw materials. The powder buffer tank and loss feeder cooperate with precise control to ensure the accuracy of the raw material ratio. The pre-mixing tank and the glue-making tank fully mix various raw materials. The liquid storage and metering tank accurately controls the amount of liquid added, and the electromagnetic filter can eliminate impurities and ensure the purity of the product.
