Dispersing disc combined the type cutting with the sawtooth type for the larger stirring vortex, thus increasing the collision force against the barrel wall and maximizing the uniformity of slurry mixing.
The optimized shape of the mixing paddle allows lower resistance, lower energy consumption, and larger torque force during mixing, suitable for materials with high to low viscosity.
The low speed of stirring and high speed of dispersion can be set independently, allowing uniform mixing with less dead end. Also, equipped with a speed measuring device, there is an automatic warning if the speed deviates, which prevents substandard mixing.
The mixing tank can be set vacuum or injected with Inert gases such as nitrogen to prevent oxidation reactions and protect the internal space from external factors.
