During the grinding process of the bead mill, appropriately increasing the pressure can increase the grinding efficiency, but if pressure too high will also lead to an excessive wear rate of the grinding media. The grinding pressure can be adjusted as follows:
1. Properly adjust the rotation speed
2. Increase the filling density appropriately, including the materials and the grinding media.
3. Clean the bead mill regularly in case of any screen blockage and clogging
4. Flexibly adjust the distance between the rotor and the grinding barrel (applicable to some models)
5. Regularly lubricate the bead mill
