A spray dryer is a device that simultaneously completes drying and powder formation from a liquid solution. Liquid materials are fed into the spray drying chamber via a feed pump and get atomized through either nozzles or a high-speed rotary disc(atomizer). This process significantly increases the liquid's surface area contact with the continuously hot air, finally instantaneous drying and forming powders. The processed powders are collected through the bottom of the drying tower by the separator such as cyclone, and emission of exhaust gases are expelled by the induced draft fan. It is widely used in many fields such as new energy materials, metal materials, chemical materials, food, and pharmaceuticals.

If processing high-purity products, the heat-resistant HEAP filters (up to 500°C) are optional. The configuration, including system flow, atomization mode, powder collection mode, materials, and heat methods, can be tailored to the customer to meet specific requirements.
